Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include increasing user adoption and engagement of AXA's digital solutions, building strong relationships with distribution channels, providing support and resolving inquiries related to the usage of digital platforms, communicating and promoting the benefits of using digital platforms, executing initiatives and projects to achieve targets, establishing regular communications with distribution channels, providing feedback and driving ongoing improvement on Emma by AXA, ensuring top-tier customer experience, coordinating repair and maintenance work for all branches, liaising with internal departments and external parties for timely task completion, monitoring and collaborating with vendors/suppliers for quality services/products, preparing regular reports for management review, providing daily administrative support, and assisting in ad-hoc projects as required.
