Assistant Property Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling day-to-day property operations, supervising the services of security, cleaning, repair, and maintenance provided to owners/occupants, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and handling enquiries and complaints from the owners/occupants. Additionally, the role involves liaising with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous services while establishing friendly rapport, assisting the manager in providing high-quality property management services, monitoring the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties, preparing general daily reports, and performing administrative duties.
