The common responsibilities for this position include providing a unique and exceptional Racecourse arrival and wagering experience to tourists, proactively greeting and interacting with them to resolve inquiries related to racing and betting information, racecourse facilities, and direction guidance. Additionally, the role involves introducing the history of the Racecourse and Racing, handling general inquiries, assisting with betting-related matters, account opening, and escorting services to guests. The Customer Services Assistant is also responsible for assisting tourists in finding enjoyable places, food, and beverage options at Racecourses, as well as providing quality and efficient customer service, managing table reservations, issuing admission badges and parking labels, and reinforcing the Club’s policies, including dress code monitoring and location access control. The position requires actively providing feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement.
