Customer Services Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service, handling general receptionist duties, overseeing the day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio, managing incoming calls and visitors, arranging courier and mail, and supporting customers in using the ATM machine for cash exchange. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations, assisting customers with registration for promotion activities, explaining promotion events, and engaging in projects to enhance departmental contributions. The responsibilities also include assisting the Racing Club Engagement Team in executing Members’ events, greeting Members and their guests, taking photos and attendance, distributing souvenirs, and designing e-posters for catering promotions.
