Customer Services Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing quality and efficient customer services to guests, proactively resolving customer inquiries related to racing and betting information, managing venue bookings and escort services, and assisting in marketing programs and event operations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and collaborating with the Account Management Officer to meet client expectations, managing the receipt and processing of incoming documents, consolidating various files into a single document, executing copying, scanning, and emailing tasks, and distributing documentation to designated recipients. The position also requires handling elementary level job products, following up on client inquiries and service requests, and proofreading documents for quality control and accuracy.
