Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling incoming calls from members professionally, providing quality telephone services, addressing member feedback, providing advice and solutions on general and app inquiries, making outbound calls for product sales, handling raceday table reservations for catering and events, and assisting supervisors with ad-hoc tasks while working according to assigned shift duties.
