Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include creating and managing company social media pages, assisting local small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation through social media, promoting business, handling customer inquiries, providing business support, managing digital projects on various social media platforms, developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, communicating with clients to solve problems, liaising with vendors and internal parties for project implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and corporate guidelines, handling multiple tasks in account servicing and project management efficiently, assisting in project implementation, conducting user requirement studies, documentation, system testing, user training, and providing customer service to corporate clients.
