Customer Service Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors professionally, managing course inquiries and registrations, assisting in the operation of online courses including class arrangements and assessment scheduling, and maintaining daily operations and sales of the center. Additionally, the role involves providing general administration and clerical support, supporting teachers in creating and ordering teaching materials, handling parent inquiries, scheduling assessments, following up on related matters, and maintaining good communication and relationships with parents and students. Ad hoc duties may also be performed as needed.
