Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include teaching English to students across various levels, including Form 4 and Primary 5, and leading classes for primary school students. The role involves preparing lesson plans and materials, conducting classes on specified dates and times, and utilizing provided teaching resources effectively. Additionally, the tutor is responsible for assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Other duties include answering student inquiries, grading assignments, developing and revising teaching materials and curriculum, and creating instructional videos. The tutor will also assist in student recruitment, maintain communication with students and parents, and participate in training sessions. Furthermore, the position requires collaboration within a team, engaging in business expansion initiatives, and taking ownership of classes as a Junior Class Tutor after training.
