Part Time Tutor

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include teaching small classes of preschool and primary students in Chinese, English, and Mathematics, while creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. The tutor is responsible for preparing teaching materials, lesson plans, and grading student assignments. They manage classroom order to ensure smooth operations and conduct group teaching sessions, guiding students in reviewing for tests and exams. The role also involves supervising and proofreading student assignments, explaining errors, and tracking students' learning progress. Additionally, the tutor communicates regularly with parents regarding students' progress and is responsible for the teaching arrangement and related documentation for specialized and remedial classes. Recording students' arrival and departure times and executing additional tasks as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.
