Project Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include planning, designing, coordinating, and conducting immersive language activities on campus, such as workshops, outreach activities, and festive events for VTC students. The role also involves assisting in English language class activities, particularly during speaking module classes, and providing individualized coaching. Additionally, the Project Coordinator is responsible for reaching out to students and conducting casual chats on campus to facilitate English interaction and provide language support. Furthermore, supporting various initiatives by the Languages Discipline and assisting in campus, discipline, and VTC events and functions are also key responsibilities.
