The common responsibilities for this position include providing individual and small group lessons to students preparing for IBDP, IBMYP, GCSE, and GCE A-level Exams, as well as upper primary students developing foundational literacy skills. Marking and evaluating students’ performance and devising study plans to motivate and assist them in their studies is essential. Preparing notes and lesson plans aimed at enhancing skills in creative writing, argumentative writing, reading comprehension, and textual analysis is required. Additionally, developing notes, handouts, exercises, and assessments to support students in their learning is part of the role. Conducting in-person lessons in Hong Kong is also a responsibility.
