Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting students with their studies, homework, and exam preparation. This involves providing support during scheduled sessions, teaching Chinese, English, and Mathematics to small classes of preschool and primary school students, and conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions. Responsibilities also include preparing teaching materials and lesson plans, grading student homework, and ensuring students understand the material. Additionally, the tutor is responsible for managing classroom order, monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and regularly communicating with parents to follow up on student learning progress. The tutor may also introduce courses and enroll students, while adjusting schedules flexibly to accommodate the needs of both students and parents.
