The role involves conducting material take-offs, pricing, measurement of works, and valuation of variations, as well as certifying payments. Candidates will liaise with contractors and suppliers, provide administrative support, and attend site inspections, meetings, and tender interviews. Additional duties include overseeing contract administration, managing cash flow forecasts, assisting in procurement processes, and preparing monthly applications and invoices. Developing basic Quantity Surveying skills and experience is also expected.
