Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors for project implementation; managing drawing, equipment, and material submissions; monitoring site progress; conducting testing and commissioning; facilitating authority inspections and handover processes; designing, installing, and maintaining Fire Services Systems and Water Pump Works; assisting in the execution of maintenance works; preparing drawings and equipment for maintenance projects; monitoring and controlling daily operational activities; and site supervision and coordination. Additionally, responsibilities include tendering, project and maintenance planning, documentation, interface design, logic development, management of subcontractors, submission of reports and documents, and preparation of AutoCAD drawings.
