Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors for project implementation; managing drawing, equipment, and material submissions; monitoring site progress; conducting testing and commissioning; facilitating authority inspections; and overseeing handover processes. Additionally, the role involves installing and maintaining home automation, security, and networking systems, including on-site supervision and handling complex cases; performing site checks and finalizing infrastructure and electrical work requirements; and integrating home networking systems into a centralized control platform through configuration and installation. The position also requires preparing quotations and tender documents, providing technical support to the company, following up on maintenance and repair works, planning and implementing daily engineering operation procedures, and handling customer inquiries. Moreover, it includes assisting in managing construction and equipment-related projects in Hong Kong, supporting project design, construction, equipment, and project declaration procedures, and liaising with external consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for on-site work activities. Finally, the role encompasses managing tendering, purchasing, AutoCAD/BIM drawings, and project documentation control, as well as implementing and maintaining ISO documentation control.
