Graduate Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include preparing work programs and submissions, implementing and exercising contract works, conducting site supervision on works carried out by contractors or direct labor, coordinating and attending site meetings, and liaising with government authorities, clients, and subcontractors. Graduate Engineers will organize, manage, administer, and carry out structural design, work on projects independently, and be responsible for technical and quality aspects, planning, and coordination with projects and sub-consultants/contractors. Responsibilities also involve performing calculations, preparing drawings, utilizing computers for modeling and analysis of engineering design, conducting site inspections and supervision, and preparing technical submissions including method statements and tender documents. Additionally, the role requires monitoring progress, coordinating site activities, supervising quality of construction works, and engaging in project design works while supporting senior staff in various engineering projects.
