Project Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting engineers in producing fall protection system designs for submission, coordinating with clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors, and ensuring site coordination with the installation team. The role involves supervising project planning and management, overseeing submission processes, inspecting site progress and factory production progress, conducting site and factory visits, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for handling electrical design work, technical proposals, site working planning, monitoring, cost control, and coordination. Regular site inspections to check subcontractors' work quality, attending meetings, and preparing progress reports are also essential duties. The position requires managing the daily on-site construction process, overseeing the on-site progress of laboratory construction projects, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring site operations for compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing any on-site issues with immediate solutions.
