Project Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the project manager in following up on interior fitting out projects by liaising and coordinating with vendors, clients, and sub-contractors; monitoring site progress and site coordination works; preparing site documentation, records, and reports as needed; supervising project planning and management; overseeing submissions; inspecting site progress and factory production progress; conducting site and factory visits; and ensuring quality control.
