Project Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include project planning and coordination of lift and escalator installation works, overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, reporting status, and identifying potential problems, as well as participating in site activities and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site supervisors. Additional duties include ensuring timely submission of drawings for approval, coordinating materials handling, and conducting safety inspections. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing method statements and layout drawings, inspecting subcontractors' work quality, and attending meetings while performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
