The common responsibilities for this position include conducting energy and carbon audits, assisting and supporting CFD and building sustainability simulations, energy modeling, and daylighting simulations, providing innovative and practical solutions to clients, and supporting energy projects. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Building Services Engineer in preparing design drawings and calculations, preparing design reports and technical specifications, and supporting project management and contract administration for various building services projects. The intern will also assist in using Building Information Modelling for projects, conduct green building simulations, support environmental projects, contribute to the development of zero carbon buildings, and assist with applying BEAM Plus/WELL Green Building Standard. Furthermore, outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of renovation projects, taking site photos, preparing site documents and reports, and communicating with workers regarding company products and site issues are also key responsibilities. The intern will assist Senior Engineers in construction and design for projects and tenders, provide technical support for site progress, and prepare drawings and technical matters under their supervision.
