Engineer Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating all E&M, P&D, HVAC, and BS installation activities; conducting general drawing and engineering work; performing site inspections and troubleshooting; controlling labor, materials, and equipment; coordinating, liaising, and meeting with consultants, contractors, builders, and other parties; reporting on work progress; estimating costs and managing variations; commissioning individual equipment and entire systems; performing physical and mechanical testing for toys and juvenile products according to various standards; completing data sheets and entering test results in the lab system; analyzing testing data and preparing technical testing reports; reviewing testing results according to international and approved standards; conducting failure analysis; providing instructions and guidance to junior staff on testing procedures; managing lab equipment calibration with internal and external parties; and engaging in physical work involving manual handling and lifting of samples as assigned by the supervisor.
