The common responsibilities for this position include planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating all E&M, P&D, HVAC, and BS installation activities; performing general drawing and engineering work; conducting site inspections and troubleshooting; controlling labor, materials, and equipment; coordinating, liaising, and meeting with consultants, contractors, builders, and other parties; reporting on work progress; estimating costs and managing variations; and commissioning individual equipment and entire systems.
