Engineering Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the Engineering Trainee Program to gain technical skills, receiving all-round technical training in areas such as plastic injection, metal stamping, die-casting, and magnet production, and engaging in practical opportunities under professional guidance. The role involves completing the program successfully to secure permanent employment, conducting research, designing and testing new products, and developing embedded system hardware including circuit design, schematic, and PCB layout. Additionally, the trainee will provide cost-effective and optimized designs while occasionally traveling to the Dongguan R&D office and manufacturing plant.
