Graduate Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in an intensive two-year learning journey across CLP’s operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other locations, engaging in job rotations across regions and functions, and assisting the project team in system design, project construction, tender estimation, and execution of site works. Responsibilities also involve acquiring skills and tools for leading energy transition and digitalization projects, engaging in product testing and development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement within the Quality Assurance team. Additionally, the role requires building a strong network with fellow graduates, receiving training, mentorship, and coaching from senior leaders, and completing the program with high performance to secure a position in one of the engineering departments.
