Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include engaging in project implementation encompassing design, tendering, planning, and execution; liaising and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors throughout projects; overseeing tendering, subcontracting, and procurement of equipment and materials; conducting early-stage preliminary cost estimation of M&E systems and managing dynamic cost control throughout the project lifecycle; assisting in contract administration tasks such as payment, VO approval, and final account; maintaining cost and contract ledgers while developing a comprehensive budget database for the M&E system; and assisting in the design of building services engineering systems, including engineering calculations, air-conditioning, plumbing and drainage, fire services design, electrical design, analysis, and CAD/BIM drafting.
