The common responsibilities for this position include performing logic design, RTL coding, design verification, logic synthesis, DFT, and static timing analysis; developing verification environments and achieving coverage closure; compiling design documentation and integration guides; supporting co-simulation and wafer-level testing; and conducting silicon evaluation. Additionally, the role involves performing analog and mixed-signal circuit design and system integration; supervising physical layout; conducting design verifications through pre-layout and post-layout simulations; supporting behavior modeling; participating in design reviews; and engaging in design flow and methodology improvement. The engineer will also be responsible for defining test plans, developing DRC/LVS/LPE/PERC decks and necessary scripts, ensuring the quality of verification command files through QA flow, and placing, routing, and integrating digital standard cell blocks.
