Project Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include project planning and coordination of lift and escalator installation works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and monitoring project progress. The role involves reporting project status, identifying potential problems, and participating in site activities by coordinating with architects, consultants, and site supervisors. The Project Engineer is also responsible for ensuring timely submission of drawings for approval, coordinating materials handling, and reporting unsafe site conditions. Additionally, they conduct safety inspections, manage project engineering tasks, and assist in the medical device product realization process. The incumbent will oversee electrical installation, participate in tendering procedures, prepare method statements, and inspect subcontractors' work quality. They will also develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, solve technical problems, and conduct research and development activities for automation and robotics applications.
