Sales Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting sales activities by preparing quotations and cost analyses, conducting pre-sales and marketing activities to promote company products, and liaising with factories and suppliers. The role involves maintaining and developing customer relationships, communicating with customers on technical issues, and handling enquiries related to maintenance and repair. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for conducting customer visits, generating sales, and achieving business targets. They will also prepare tender documents, explore business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales engineering team to meet department targets for sales volume and profit growth. Other duties include collecting market intelligence, performing market analysis, and assisting in devising effective sales strategies.
