Trainee Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in designated projects under the guidance of the electronic manager, collaborating with overseas clients, industrial designers, engineering teams, and suppliers to implement and deliver manufacturable electronic/mechanical designs. The role also involves participating in learning opportunities across various functional departments such as marketing and project management, design engineering, operations and planning, quality and manufacturing engineering, procurement, and supplier quality engineering. Additionally, there is an expectation of engaging in a 2-3 year job rotation with the potential for advancement to a supervisory position.
