Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting daily operations of Human Resources functions, maintaining and updating HR data and records in systems, assisting in HR system projects and HR reports preparation, and performing other HR support duties as assigned. Collaborating with departments to understand business strategies, policies, operations, and compliance needs, particularly related to back office functions, is also essential. Additionally, creating management reports and conducting market research on China and Hong Kong financial markets will be required. Developing and sustaining relationships with departments and external stakeholders is a key responsibility as well.
