HR Full Time Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting the HR Department in Asia by performing day-to-day HR operational duties, managing recruitment processes, and administering compensation and benefits. Responsibilities also involve supporting logistics for interviews and on/off boarding arrangements, maintaining data integrity in the HR system, preparing HR headcount reports, and maintaining employee personal records and related filing in Google Drives. Additionally, the role includes handling internal training administration, preparing letters, documents, and payments for various functions, and supporting HR-related staff activities such as work-life balance and well-being events.
