The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in Compensation & Benefits operations such as data preparation, program review, benefits management, and compliance checks. The intern will coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, screening resumes, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with onboarding. Administrative support to the HR Department will involve managing employee files, supporting Center of Excellence tasks, and engaging in ad-hoc projects. The role includes collaborating with the hiring team to understand candidate sourcing requirements and supporting the campus recruitment lifecycle, including market promotion and candidate management. Interns will engage in research, talent sourcing, profile screening, and candidate communication in both Executive Search and Flexible Staffing modules, alongside professional consultants. Additional tasks include drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
