The common responsibilities for this position include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as reviewing job applications, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and providing onboarding support. Interns will engage in talent sourcing, profile screening, and candidate communication while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. They will participate in project management and HR administration tasks, including data entry, data generation, and analysis. Additionally, interns will coordinate training logistics, manage employee personal files, and update HR databases. They will support full-time colleagues in various administrative duties, assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview arrangements, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. Interns will also support Employer Branding activities, maintain training data, and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
