Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting industry, position, and candidate profiles research, performing talent sourcing and profile screening, managing candidate communication, screening resumes and selecting candidates, managing candidate profiles, engaging in project management and HR administration, and providing administrative support for daily HR operations. Interns will assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination, participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain and update HR records, coordinate internal training sessions and employee engagement activities, and support HR transformation projects. Additionally, they will work alongside professional consultants to facilitate successful case closures and rotate through various specializations, while also planning and implementing events for the Graduate Trainee Programme and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
