The common responsibilities for this position include supporting the HR Department in day-to-day operational duties, such as compensation and benefits administration, recruitment processes, and maintaining employee personal records. Interns will assist in preparing monthly HR headcount reports and ensuring data integrity in the HR system. They will support interview processes, manage onboarding and offboarding arrangements, and handle internal training administration. Responsibilities also involve posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers. Additional tasks include preparing HR documents, organizing employee engagement activities, and assisting with HR reports and analytics. Interns will engage in talent sourcing, profile screening, and candidate communication while rotating through different teams to gain hands-on experience in various HR modules. They will also contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
