Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in daily HR operations related to recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Providing administrative support to the HR and Admin team, including data input, filing, and record keeping. Supporting various tasks such as salary surveys, data analysis, and ISO annual audits. Participating in general office administrative support and assisting in employee relations activities, including organizing corporate events like the Annual Dinner and staff parties. Preparing employee communication materials, managing and maintaining the training and activities record database, and providing support for staff training and engagement activities. Assisting in training implementation and delivery, including course promotion, registration, and venue setup. Supporting program development projects, coordinating with external training providers, and preparing ad-hoc HR reports and analyses for management review. Maintaining personnel records and filing systems, and performing any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
