The common responsibilities for this position include supporting end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding; assisting in onboarding/offboarding workflows and visa processing timeline management; providing administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers; maintaining HR systems and data reports with accuracy and timely updates; executing ad-hoc HR projects as assigned; managing the filing system and data entry; drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms; actively sourcing and identifying potential candidates; conducting initial screening of resumes; scheduling interviews; and supporting the logistics and execution of the annual Graduate Trainee Recruitment Program.
