The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the Campus Recruitment manager with planning and organizing campus programs, including campus talks, assessments, and offer procedures. Maintaining university public relations and arranging student visits and campus events are also key duties. Collaborating with the regional Campus Recruitment manager to enhance the hiring process, which involves interview scheduling, assessment processes, offer tracking, onboarding, and internship management, is essential. The role includes supporting social media operations, program planning, content creation, design, and promotion. Providing clerical and administrative support to the compensation & benefits and recruitment team, maintaining personnel records, preparing reports, and conducting data entry are required tasks. Additionally, managing HR data systems, supporting the automation of HR processes, analyzing HR data, and preparing reports for management are responsibilities. The intern will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies, participate in HR-related projects, and perform any ad hoc tasks to support the team as required.
