The common responsibilities for this position include providing clerical and administrative support in HR functions, maintaining personnel records and filing systems in an orderly manner, preparing reports, conducting data entry, and supporting and coordinating staff events. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the HR team to execute tasks related to recruitment, employer branding, project management, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from job postings to interview scheduling. The intern will also coordinate and prepare learning materials, provide support for Learning & Development programs, track learner registration and attendance using the Learning Management System (LMS), and consolidate analytical reports. Furthermore, the intern will assist in analyzing HR data to generate reports and presentations on HR performance, while participating in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
