Training and Development Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing support for training needs identification, program development, classroom setup, and evaluation; participating in training implementation and delivery; updating staff training records; coordinating with external training providers; and assisting with Global ESG learning projects and data collection. Additionally, the role involves supporting program development projects, including session planning, content research, PowerPoint and activity design, and pre- and post-course competency measurement, as well as performing any ad hoc duties as assigned.
