Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collecting user requirements, assisting in understanding and documenting business processes and workflows, providing recommendations for business process re-engineering, conducting cost-and-benefit analysis for enterprise customers, preparing UAT scripts, participating in user acceptance testing, supporting design reviews, providing troubleshooting support, and offering administrative support to team leads. The role also involves translating business requirements into functional design specifications, acting as a key interface between stakeholders and the development team, managing projects and delivering solutions on time, and conducting quality assurance tests. Additionally, the position may require occasional business trips and participation in various project life cycles from requirement gathering to training.
