Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing business analysis and project management duties, translating business requirements into functional design and business workflow specifications, understanding needs and balancing requirements among multiple business stakeholders, recommending solutions, and serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and the development team. Additional duties involve liaising on resource allocation and task scheduling, communicating with stakeholders, preparing documents and technical information, preparing test plans, conducting quality assurance tests, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training. The role also encompasses managing various projects and delivering agreed solutions on time, providing roll-out and post-implementation support, and performing other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Furthermore, responsibilities include evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize performance, while participating in the project life cycle, including requirement gathering, data and system analysis, implementation, deployment, testing, and training.
