Responsibility

Additionally, formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research and industry analysis, and developing proposals based on client needs are required. Participation in project implementations, including business requirement studies, system testing, and user training, is necessary. The role also involves liaising with users and stakeholders to manage customer service and feedback, providing training for end users, translating business needs into functional specifications, planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and preparing documentation such as user guides and workflow charts. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions is also part of the responsibilities.
