Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing business analysis and project management duties, translating business requirements into functional design and business workflow specifications, and acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities also encompass gathering and documenting user requirements, providing quality recommendations for business process re-engineering (BPR), delivering cost-and-benefit analyses, preparing UAT scripts, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT). Additionally, the role involves managing various projects to deliver agreed solutions on time, providing roll-out and post-implementation support, and conducting end-user training. The position requires understanding and documenting business processes and workflows, identifying potential improvements, and supporting the team during design reviews. Other tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, promoting services and solutions, and participating in client assignments related to organizational restructuring and change impact analysis.
