Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and serve as trusted advisors, selling and promoting services and solutions to corporate clients, providing solutions through face-to-face visits and account management activities, and maintaining trustworthy relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions. Additionally, the role involves understanding and handling clients' requirements while controlling the scope of work in digital and IT projects, developing marketing plans and strategies, identifying strategies to target new and high-value accounts, and preparing and presenting pitches to promote services. The position also requires performing business analysis and project management duties, translating business requirements into functional design and workflow specifications, acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the development team, preparing test plans, conducting quality assurance testing, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing end-user training. Lastly, the responsibilities include managing various projects to deliver agreed solutions on time, providing roll-out and post-implementation support, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
