Customer Service Officer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include working closely with the sales team and programming team, exploring and developing customer needs, ensuring client requirements and expectations are satisfied, retaining and developing long-term relationships with existing valued customers, assisting the sales team and liaising with customers for project follow-up, and handling sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.
