Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include designing, developing, implementing, and testing software and web-based applications; analyzing user requirements; and collaborating effectively within a team while taking on leadership opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting technical research and development of distributed AI, translating business problems into measurable AI tasks, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data, features, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Responsibilities also include establishing baselines and KPIs for key use cases, communicating with the AI Team Leader and Technical Director for overall R&D project management, and designing and optimizing the architecture of edge RAG and LLM models for specific domain applications. The position requires conducting model training and tuning for accuracy, collaborating with team members for seamless integration with automated processes, and analyzing model performance to propose improvement recommendations.
