Project Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include facilitating coordination between the project team, technical team, and clients for product and service designs and implementation. Preparing project implementation documents, including Requirement Specification, Timeline, Wireframe, and Test Plan, is essential. Conducting testing to ensure final product quality and coordinating with multiple parties for service launch are key tasks. Utilizing management tools like JIRA for project management and supporting ad hoc tasks as assigned are also required. Additionally, assisting in project implementation through user requirement studies, documentation, system testing, and user training is part of the role. Providing customer service to corporate clients and reviewing eBooks for appropriateness for primary and secondary school students, along with communicating with schools, publishers, and partners to promote programs, are also included. Preparing program-related materials, assisting in proofreading or content checking of online learning resources, and performing other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor are part of the responsibilities.
