The common responsibilities for this position include understanding and handling clients’ requirements while controlling the scope of work in digital and IT projects. The role involves following up throughout the entire development, testing, and implementation processes of various projects between clients and the IT team. Additionally, it requires establishing client-facing and related documentation and presenting solutions to clients and project stakeholders. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating project deployment, arranging and scheduling the daily deployment schedule, and attending regular meetings to report deployment status and issues. They must communicate with the customer department coordinator/user and make service requests to the customer internal technical team. The position also entails conducting IT project management activities, including feasibility studies, user requirements collection, user experience design, UAT, and platform support. Meeting with project clients to assess needs, defining project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines, as well as assisting the Project/Product Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation are key duties. Furthermore, the role includes coordinating with internal resources, vendors, and project activities to manage and deliver successful technical solutions, facilitating communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity on requirements and progress, and assisting project managers in monitoring project progress and team members’ performance.
