Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include contributing to the enhancement and updating of the scholar records database by organizing information on scholars, conferences, and awards. Researching and gathering up-to-date information about scholars using LinkedIn and academic networking platforms is essential. Managing and organizing large datasets while ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility is required. Organizing digital images of events and scholars by tagging, naming, and creating a structured folder hierarchy for cloud storage is also a key duty. Additionally, developing and improving the dataroom for efficient data presentation and access is expected. Coordinating events for various communications and stakeholder engagement projects, including large-scale events and exhibitions, is part of the role. Producing content for online and offline communication and promotional materials, such as blog write-ups and website updates, along with updating stakeholders' databases as instructed by mentors, is also included.
