The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in organizing and preparing papers for Board, Board committees, and shareholders meetings; preparing statutory filings and maintaining proper statutory records; preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars, ESG Reports, and SFO filings; handling meeting scheduling, general coordination, travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to the department; conducting research, project works, and ad-hoc projects as directed; assisting in handling the full spectrum of company secretarial matters for listed or private companies; providing advice to clients on corporate secretarial and corporate governance practices under relevant regulations; managing a portfolio of clients and liaising with them; handling clients' Due Diligence matters and inquiries; and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
