The common responsibilities for this position include assisting with compliance monitoring and reporting, conducting research on regulatory requirements, and supporting compliance audits and investigations. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, reviewing contracts and agreements for compliance purposes, and maintaining compliance documentation and records. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards, assist in the preparation of compliance training materials, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities also include identifying and mitigating compliance risks, providing general administrative support to the compliance department, analyzing management information, and producing compliance reports. The intern will assist in the review of Compliance Risk Assessments, develop and maintain Compliance Dashboards, and monitor the completion of mandatory compliance training. Other tasks include reviewing daily Worldcheck hits records for AML screening, managing ad hoc projects related to AML procedures, and supporting the Group Compliance Officer in developing internal compliance control systems.
