Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collecting, analyzing, and cleaning supplier, material, and product data for traceability, coordinating with external service providers and internal teams, preparing and maintaining project documentation, tracking supplier traceability performance, gathering data on traceability program execution, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the role involves analyzing management information, producing compliance reports, reviewing Compliance Risk Assessments for the APAC region, developing and maintaining Compliance Dashboards, and supporting core compliance activities across the region. The intern will also monitor mandatory compliance training completion, provide support to the legal department, perform legal research, prepare legal documents, manage a variety of documents, and handle routine tasks as assigned.
