Accounting Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling full set accounting duties, performing daily accounting operations such as accounts payable and receivable, managing financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely workflows. The role also involves assisting in month-end closing processes, preparing management and financial reports, conducting accounts reconciliation, and preparing statutory accounts and tax computations. Additional duties include performing data input, assisting in year-end audit processes, checking vendor billings, preparing vouchers and schedules, and completing various ad hoc assignments as required.
