Accounting Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include invoicing for products and services, managing accounts receivable, handling billing inquiries, reviewing weekly AR aging reports, following up with global customers and sales staff for timely collection of invoices, updating the cash received journal, filing documents, inputting data into systems, assisting in updating the monthly ledger, preparing financial statements and reports, performing data entry and ensuring accurate record-keeping, supporting the accounting team in daily operations, and conducting research on accounting standards and best practices.
