Accounting Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling daily accounting duties and data entry, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records, performing filing and record-keeping, invoicing for products and services, managing accounts receivable, handling billing inquiries, reviewing weekly accounts receivable aging reports, following up with global customers and sales staff for timely collection of invoices, updating the cash received journal, inputting data into systems, assisting in preparing regular/period-end reports, and working on ad hoc projects as assigned.
