The common responsibilities for this position include preparing and confirming invoices to customers, collecting receivables from customers, and handling daily accounting duties and finance operations of the company group. The role involves preparing reports for management, shareholders, and government, including monthly accounting packages, throughput and revenues, cost analysis, and balance sheet account analysis. Additionally, the Accounting Officer performs reconciliations of accounts, processes payments, deposits, and invoices accurately, and assists in external audits and tax filings. The position also requires executing month-end closing processes, preparing financial statements, and conducting fixed assets and inventory counts with relevant report preparation. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
