Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in booking statements of accounts in FSRI-SAP, matching bank receipts/payments with bookings in FSCD-SAP, and managing cash call bookings and payments. The intern will assist in coordinating with brokers and cedants, ensure proper documentation, and support ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities also involve maintaining expense records, managing office supply inventory, handling daily bank documentation, and following up on repair and maintenance issues. The role includes preparing management reports, conducting internal control checks, performing financial analysis, and assisting in stock take and marketing event audits. Interns will support IT due diligence, cyber security reviews, and IT audits while participating in audit engagement activities, including controls testing and analytical review of audit documents. Additionally, the intern will assist in drafting financial statements, communicate with clients regarding payment and delivery issues, verify vendor invoices, and contribute to ESG initiatives. The position also involves administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supporting project operations like billing and purchase requests.
