The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in executing corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, M&As, financial advisory, and fundraising exercises; performing due diligence, market research, and financial analysis; preparing pitching materials, internal and external memos; contributing to idea generation; and performing other job duties as assigned by the team. Additionally, the intern will learn risk rating on investment products, assist in conducting product due diligence on Unit Trusts, Bonds, and Structured Products, and help prepare educational materials for internal training.
