Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling customer enquiries and service requests via email and phone, processing and confirming shipment orders, following up on air export orders, coordinating with customers and internal parties, liaising with customers for shipment follow-up, communicating with overseas offices, ensuring smooth daily operations for shipping arrangements, monitoring shipment status, resolving customer complaints, and completing ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.
