Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing claims activities, supporting customer claims requests, and submitting claims to Headquarters. Addressing customer inquiries, including checking stock availability and updating order status, is also essential. The role involves preparing daily email reports for dealers, arranging parts returns, and maintaining a claim logbook record. Additionally, overseeing parts scrapping and witness activities in the central warehouse, handling stocks and goods arrival, and assisting with factory liaison and shipment follow-up are required. Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning are part of the duties, along with supporting project operations like billing, PO issuance, and purchase request handling. Communicating with customers regarding payment and delivery-related issues and verifying vendor invoices are also included. The position entails developing and deploying low-code automation solutions, testing process automations, and conducting user acceptance tests. Interacting with business requestors to ensure automation meets their needs, providing administrative support for managing the automation solution pipeline, and executing automation solutions as needed are key responsibilities. Additionally, the intern will measure, monitor, and analyze KPIs, compile and present observations and proposals, and manage regular operations activities.
