Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in various core business functions such as Operations, Sustainability Affairs, E-Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Marketing & Sales, and Logistics. Responsibilities encompass managing claims activities, supporting customer claims requests, and submitting claims to Headquarters, while maintaining a claim logbook and overseeing parts returns. The role involves addressing customer inquiries related to stock availability, providing daily email reports, assisting with goods receipts, and supporting various ad-hoc projects. Additionally, it includes developing and deploying low-code automation solutions, conducting user acceptance tests, providing data aggregation and analysis, and measuring KPIs. The intern will assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, support procurement activities, and analyze supply chain data. Responsibilities also involve maintaining and managing sales data, generating sales reports, supporting the sales team with tools and training, and facilitating communication between departments. Lastly, the intern will perform additional tasks assigned by leadership, including tracking sales programs and conducting system data cleanup.
