Logistics and Warehouse Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling full set of shipping documents for export/import and Tradelink declaration, communicating with internal and external parties for logistics arrangements, managing in and out stock of spare parts and finished goods, controlling spare parts inventory and issuing stock based on delivery schedules, overseeing warehouse logistics operations and goods delivery flow, collaborating on parts enquiry and coordination, assisting in ERP system handling, and performing ad hoc administration and outdoor duties.
