Logistics Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include communicating with vendors for bookings, validating bookings, arranging cargo pick-up, updating booking details, and following SOPs. Additional duties involve performing daily functions for assigned clients, utilizing WMS and inventory systems, conducting inventory counts, invoicing, providing operational reports, data entry for receiving and shipping, and supporting warehouse staff. The role also requires preparing shipping documents, ensuring data accuracy, handling inquiries, and participating in presentations and customer visits. Furthermore, it includes handling customs declarations, preparing import and export documents, and assisting with monitoring daily operations performance while taking on additional tasks as required. Future opportunities may include a supervisory position.
