The common responsibilities for this position include rotating through different functions to understand the shipping business, participating in soft-skills training, engaging in special projects, and receiving mentoring and coaching. You will be introduced to core business processes such as strategy, business planning, and product development. Additionally, you will drive business expansion in local and overseas markets, participate in a 12-month on-the-job training program focused on logistics solutions, international freight forwarding, or e-commerce and express services. Engaging in intensive development within a specific stream while receiving mentorship and job coaching is also part of the role. Contributing to personal excellence and leadership development through structured learning curriculums and undergoing regular performance reviews for career-long job assignments, including taskforce projects or opportunities for overseas secondment, are key responsibilities as well.
