Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing business analysis and project management duties; translating business requirements into functional design and business workflow specifications; understanding needs and balancing requirements among multiple business stakeholders; recommending solutions; serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and the development team; liaising on resource allocation and task scheduling; communicating with stakeholders and preparing documents and technical information; preparing test plans, conducting quality assurance tests, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training; managing various projects and delivering agreed solutions on time; providing roll-out and post-implementation support; evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize performance; and performing user requirement collection. Additionally, responsibilities include delivering cost-and-benefit analysis for enterprise customers, preparing UAT scripts, assisting customers in conducting relevant executions, and undertaking infrequent business trips as needed.
