Responsibility

The role also involves performing business analysis and project management duties, translating business requirements into functional designs, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, preparing test plans, conducting quality assurance tests, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), providing end-user training, and managing various projects to deliver agreed solutions on time. Additionally, responsibilities include understanding and documenting business processes, identifying potential improvements, supporting design reviews, and providing administrative support to team leads.
