Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collaborating with the COO to implement operational functions, performing fund operations work such as NAV calculation, trade settlement, cash and positions reconciliation, payment arrangement, reporting, and subscription/redemption handling. The role involves monitoring day-to-day fund administration and liaising with fund administrators, prime brokerage, and vendors regarding operations. Additionally, the intern assists in KYC review tasks and addresses compliance and risk management issues, handles office administration, and undertakes other ad hoc tasks as required. The position also includes maintaining and managing HR data systems, supporting automation of HR processes, analyzing HR data, and preparing reports for management. The intern is responsible for creating and updating webpages using modern content management systems, performing search engine optimization tasks, and extracting insights from data analytics to enhance customer experience. Furthermore, the role involves designing and implementing automation solutions using the Power Platform, generating reports, managing data flows, and providing administrative support to the team. Lastly, the intern works within the ITS department, contributes to day-to-day tasks and projects, identifies and troubleshoots basic IT issues, and participates in assigned projects to gain comprehensive experience within the company.
